Workflow

How it’s works?

On average, the complete journey — from initial approval to final installation — takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks for kitchens, wardrobes, walk-in closets, and other bespoke furniture pieces. Below is a step-by-step overview of how the process unfolds:

1.

Estimate Pricing

We calculate an approximate price based on your provided information, layout, or design project. This helps set the preliminary budget framework.

2.

On-Site Visit & Detaling

Our specialist visits the site with material samples to confirm design details such as finishes and colors. At the same time, we take initial measurements and inspect wall and floor conditions.

3.

Contract Signing

After confirming the materials, timeline, and cost, we sign a contract to formalize responsibilities on both sides.

4.

Prepayment

A prepayment of 60% of the total project cost is made upon signing the contract.

5.

3D Measurment

If your space has uneven walls or non-standard angles, we perform a precise 3D scan to ensure manufacturing accuracy.

6.

Design

Within up to 2 weeks, our design team prepares: technical drawings; photorealistic 3D renderings.

7.

Final Approval

You approve the final design. Any necessary adjustments are made at this stage.

8.

Manufacturing

Furniture is produced in our workshop within approximately 4 weeks, adhering strictly to quality and timeline standards.

9.

Second Payment

Before delivery, the second payment of 30% of the total cost is made.

10.

Delivery

Your custom furniture is delivered to the site within 4 business days after completion.

11.

Installation

Our team performs professional assembly. Installation typically takes up to 7 days, depending on complexity.

12.

Final Handover

After installation, you review and approve the project. The final 10% balance is paid upon completion and acceptance.
